Antipolo, Philippines — Jardin de Miramar continues to celebrate the people behind its memorable events by giving select employees a well-deserved rest and recreation experience aboard Norwegian Cruise Line’s 11-day Asia cruise.
The employee R&R trip was joined by Jardin de Miramar staff members Katrina, Beverly, and Ivan, who embarked on a multi-country journey across Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore. The trip served as a meaningful reward for their dedication, hard work, and contribution to the company’s continued growth as one of Antipolo’s leading garden event venues.
The journey began on March 21, with the team flying from Manila to Bangkok, Thailand. After checking in at their hotel, they had free time to explore the city before transferring the next day to Laem Chabang Port, where they boarded the Norwegian Sun.
From there, the team experienced a vibrant 11-day itinerary featuring some of Asia’s most beautiful coastal destinations and cultural cities. Their first cruise stop was Koh Samui, Thailand, where they enjoyed beaches, temples, and local sightseeing. The itinerary also included relaxing days at sea, giving the team time to unwind onboard and enjoy the ship’s amenities.
On March 25, the cruise arrived in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, where the group enjoyed a city tour and sightseeing experience. After more time onboard, they continued to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for a full-day city highlights tour, followed by a Georgetown Heritage Tour in Penang.

The journey continued to Langkawi, Malaysia, where the team had free time to explore the island’s beaches and attractions, before heading to Phuket, Thailand for a highlights tour. After a final relaxing day at sea, the cruise arrived in Singapore on April 2, where the team transferred to Changi Airport for their flight back to Manila.
For Jardin de Miramar, the R&R cruise reflects the company’s appreciation for its employees and its belief that meaningful experiences help inspire a stronger and more motivated team. As a venue known for hosting life’s most important milestones, Jardin also values creating memorable moments for the people who help bring those celebrations to life.
Through this initiative, Jardin de Miramar recognizes not only the service and commitment of its staff, but also the importance of rest, renewal, and shared experiences beyond the workplace.
The 11-day Asia cruise aboard Norwegian Cruise Line gave Katrina, Beverly, and Ivan the opportunity to pause, explore new destinations, and return with refreshed energy — a reminder that at Jardin, celebrations are not only created for guests, but also shared with the people who make them possible.
